Evaluation And Road Map
SocialArts is an innovative, arts-based approach to tackling social isolation and loneliness amongst older people. It is funded by The Rothschild Foundation and delivered by Norden Farm to participants within the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead, over 2 years, from January 2017 to December 2018.
Following 2 years of activity, the pilot phased of SocialArts has come to an end.
Across the project we have worked with CML Consultants to evaluate the effectiveness of the programme.
